MN State Patrol responded to an accident caused by a Freightliner Semi truck on Interstate Sinto the center median. Both occupants of the truck suffered nonlife threatening injuries. Perry Caston, 46-year-old man from Mansfield, OH. His passenger, Carolyn Elaine Barton, 52 also from Mansfield was also taken to Alomere Hospital for her injuries. Both occupants were wearing seatbelts. Road conditions at the time of the accident were dry. Assisting agencies on the scene included the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN Dot), North Ambulance, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (Douglas Co SO), Brandon Fire Department, and First Responders.
