A 20 year old man from Pelican Rapids was arrested after a Frat house fight at UMD on April 19th. Police arrived at a party at a frat house where to to fifteen people were involved in a “mutual combat fight.” In video evidence taken by bystanders Levi Gross appeared to intervene but after getting the victim in a head hold, but when the victim tried to “tap out” of the hold, Gross refused, putting the victim in imminent danger. Gross has been charged with minor consumption and possession for alcohol. There may be other charges coming soon for others who also participated in the fight.
