DILWORTH, Minn. – After Lieutenant Justin Carloni of Milwaukee turned down the police chief job offer, the Dilworth City Council discussed their next steps. They decided unanimously to negotiate with Acting Chief Hunter Rawson, who has been in the role since last May.
