A Detroit Lakes woman has been charged with 1st degree arson. 37 year old Alicia Marie Nolan has been charged in Becker County District Court with 4 felony 1st degree arson charges, a gross misdemeanor of obstructing the legal process, and a 3rd degree damage to property charge after admitting she’d purposely set a mattress on fire inside a house where she had been staying with a friend. The homeowner suspected that drugs were involved. Bail has been set and Nolan has been ordered into treatment.
