ST.PAUL, Minn. – A man, James Leroy Tembrock, 79, has been charged with indecent exposure after three teenage boys reported seeing him touching himself at Heritage Park in St. Cloud. The boys initially thought they were witnessing a prank until other parkgoers confirmed the incident. When confronted, Tembrock allegedly insisted he “wasn’t doing anything wrong.” Video evidence shows Tembrock sitting on the ground with only a sweatshirt sleeve covering his groin area. Tembrock is charged with one gross misdemeanor count of indecent exposure in the presence of a minor under 16. He is currently free on bail, with his next court date scheduled for May 8th
