PINE POINT, Minn. – Fire crews, including the Minnesota Forestry Division, successfully contained a wildfire that ignited around 12 p.m. in Pine Point, Minnesota. Carsonville Fire Chief Chris Ayers confirmed that the fire, which burned approximately 50 acres, has been extinguished. Crews are now conducting checks to ensure there are no remaining hot spots. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
