Fatal Stabbing in Duluth Leads to Woman’s Death

DULUTH, Minn. – A tragic incident unfolded in Duluth as a woman was fatally stabbed in the neck early Friday morning, according to the Duluth Police Department. Responding to reports of gunshots and a possible stabbing in the 100 block of West 1st Street around 2:15 a.m., officers discovered the woman with a stab wound. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries. Shortly after, a man with a gunshot wound arrived at the hospital, leaving against medical advice. Authorities are uncertain if this man is connected to the fatal stabbing.
