The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office has obtained surveillance footage showing a late-model red Ford pickup, believed to be involved in an attempted abduction in Ellsworth Township near Lake Stella. The incident occurred on April 3rd, when an adult male allegedly pulled a 13-year-old into the truck at the end of their driveway. The child managed to escape and seek help. The footage shows the truck driving westbound on County Road 33 on the same day as the incident. Investigators are urging anyone with information or who noticed suspicious activity in the area to contact the police.
