
WADENA, Minn. – Nichole Shoultz, 38, from Wadena, has been convicted of misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct following an incident at a New York Mills business in February. On the morning of February 25th, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a disturbance involving a woman “pushing and shoving” after being asked to leave a business in downtown New York Mills. Shoultz reportedly caused a disturbance in the business and “exposed herself” to customers. When asked to leave, she became combative and assaulted the business owner.
Before officers arrived, another call came in reporting a woman seen on the side of Highway 10 without clothes on. Deputies found Shoultz in a vehicle and arrested her for a Wadena County probation violation. On March 25th, Shoultz was sentenced to 90 days in Otter Tail County Jail for Disorderly Conduct – Offensive/Abusive/Boisterous/Noisy/Obscene.
