WARROAD, Minn. – The Warroad Police Department has announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a series of incidents involving nails being scattered on Hallberg St. The investigation, which spanned over a year, revealed that the incidents occurred at least seven times between 6th Ave. and Dale Ave. Residents who had to repair or replace tires due to nail damage between January 1, 2023, and April 4, 2024, are encouraged to contact Officer Travis Olafson at t.olafson@warroadmn.org.
