A domestic dispute in St. Cloud turned deadly on Wednesday, resulting in one person dead and another seriously injured. Police responded to multiple gunshots reported at a home in the 600 block of Wilson Avenue Southeast at 7:25 p.m. They found a 34-year-old woman with six gunshot wounds in the entryway and on the steps of the residence. Inside, a 35-year-old man was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The woman was rushed to CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital and is in serious but stable condition. The couple’s children were present at the time but were unharmed. Authorities believe the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute between the two individuals, both residents of the home. Their identities have not been disclosed, and the Midwest Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
