Gunshots rang out in a Winona apartment complex on Sunday night, sending shockwaves through the community. According to a police spokesperson, the incident unfolded in the 1750 block of West 7th Street, where a gathering of up to 20 individuals was taking place outside the buildings. The authorities were alerted to the situation around 6:00 p.m. following reports of shots fired.
