WOODBURY, Minn. -Residents evacuated in Woodbury due to a standoff as suspect barricades in home. Police responded to a disturbance on Tahoe Road after midnight, but left when residents said issue was resolved. They were called back later to find a man armed and threatening inside. Neighbors were evacuated. The suspect remains inside, and Washington County SWAT is at the scene.
