Police in Fergus Falls responded to a theft report on Friday, March 29th, at Pizza Ranch. Security footage revealed 33-year-old Cody Battern exiting the building with the customer’s purse concealed in a coat. Battern was arrested and is facing charges of Gross Misdemeanor Theft, currently held at the Otter Tail County Detention Facility. Pizza Ranch in Fergus Falls has opted not to provide a statement at this stage.
