Both women allegedly involved in the tragic crash of their car into an Amish buggy in Fillmore County are now facing charges. The complaint alleges that Samantha was under the influence of methamphetamine and driving at a high speed. Both sisters have extensive criminal records, including previous convictions for providing false names to law enforcement. Sarah is facing 16 charges and will be in court today for a bond hearing.
