BLAINE, Minn. –Two individuals were discovered deceased inside a parked vehicle in Blaine, prompting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths. The Blaine Police Department received a report of two individuals unconscious in a vehicle parked near the 10700 block of Town Square Drive Northeast around noon on Wednesday. Upon arrival, officers found a man and a woman who had succumbed to suspected gunshot wounds.
Authorities have stated that there is no active search for suspects, and there is currently no perceived threat to public safety. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identities of the victims at a later time. The investigation into this incident is being conducted by the Blaine Police Department, the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office, and the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.
