Just after 5am Monday the DLFD was dispatched to a house fire on Pembina Trail east of Detroit :Lakes, upon arrival authorities reported a fire in an upstairs bedroom with heavy smoke. Residents evacuated the home and firefighters extinguished the blaze, there were no injuries reported. Detroit Lakes Fire was assisted by Audubon Fire and the Detroit Lakes Police Department
