An Albany man faces charges of molesting two girls after they stayed with him. The criminal complaint states that the girls, both under 14, reported inappropriate touching by the man during their visit. One victim described multiple incidents, including in a camper, a truck, and a home, while the other girl said she was molested while playing video games. Billy Jack Wolbeck, 48, has been charged with one count of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct. He appeared in court on Monday, and his next court date is pending.
