Austin, MN- Hormel Foods has announced the winners of its 13th annual MLK Essay Contest. Students from 25 elementary and middle schools nationwide were invited to write essays reflecting on the significance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The winners, Yvanna Lopez from Austin, Madison Blair from Minneapolis, and Aisha Mohamed from Barron, Wisconsin, will have the opportunity to read their essays at Hormel’s headquarters in Austin
