Otter Tail County is taking Sealed bids to be received by 1:00 P.M. March 6th, 2024, for the Otter Tail County Project No. 4004-401; Heart of the Lakes Regional Trail Maplewood State Park. Bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County’s online bidding system. Mailed and hand delivered bids will not be accepted.
