A 48-year-old woman from Evansville, MN faces life threatening injuries Thursday morning after a crash in Otter Tail. The crash happened just before midnight on Highway 78 near Perham. Authorities say she was driving a Ford SUV northbound on Highway 78 when they say the vehicle veered off the road during a curve, where it then crashed and vaulted before coming to a stop. The woman was taken for hospitalization and the extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
