FARGO — After 32 years on the job at Fargo Cass Public Health, Desi Fleming has made plans to retire. Fleming announced her impending retirement as director of Farge Cass Public Health (FCPH) on Feb. 9th. Her last day will be July 5. Over the years Fleming wore many hats. She started working as a public health nurse at Fargo Cass Public Health in 1992 and accepted a position as nursing manager in 2000. During that time she helped create the Nurse Family Partnership program, a program that is still serving area families, according to the release.
