Congratulations to Monica Metz of Otter Tail County who was selected to receive the Minnesota Sheriffs’ Association 2023 Scholarship. Monica was awarded one of 18 scholarships. Scholarship awardees are selected based on their qualifications and academic excellence. It should be noted that there was a record number of scholarship applications in 2023.
