Hawley, Minn. (KDLM) – In a Section 8AA and Heart O’ Lakes Conference Volleyball matchup Thursday night in Hawley, the Nuggets hosted the Frazee Hornets.
A great first set saw a back and forth matchup that Frazee tied at 21, before the Nuggets were able to win the final 4 points to finish off a 25-21 win.
The second and third sets saw Hawley dominate winning 25-15 and 25-14 to take the matchup 3-0 and improve to 8-3 on the Season.
Frazee falls to 5-8. Sella Fleming was the Muscatell Burns Ford MVP of the game.
Hawley is now off until Monday night when they travel to Ada to meet the Cougars of Ada-Borup West.
First serve on KRCQ will begin at 7:30pm. Hawley then Hosts Crookston Tuesday night on KRCQ at 7:30pm.
