Detroit Lakes, Minn. (KDLM) – The Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference announced the recipients of their second annual scholarship program.
In a May 15 news release, the organization said, while they support students in many forms, they want to assist well deserving students from the region in a financial capacity as they pursue their passions professionally during their post-secondary education.
This year’s recipients are: Alicia Erickson, of Alexandria High School, and Caraira Jensen, of Cass Lake-Bena High School.
Erickson said she plans to pursue a degree in civil engineering or architecture.
And Jensen said she plans to pursue a degree in an engineering field.
