Detroit Lakes, Minn. (KDLM) – Shaun Carlson, alderman first ward and chair of the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission, and Liz Foster-Anderson, vice-chair of the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission, discussed the draft neighborhood commercial zoning ordinance to be addressed by the Detroit Lakes City Council on May 9.
The ordinance would allow a zoning category that allows some commercial businesses with restrictions in the same zone as residential homes.
