(KNSI) — Nobody won Wednesday night’s Powerball jackpot, but one person in Minnesota is waking up a millionaire.
A Match 5 winner was sold in Hinckley. That person wins $1 million after matching the five white balls. The numbers from last night’s drawing were 2, 11, 22, 35, and 60, and the Powerball was 23.
The next jackpot could be a record breaker. As of Thursday morning, Saturday night’s jackpot will be worth an estimated $1.5 billion. The cash option would be worth $745.9 million, before taxes, of course. The Powerball jackpot record is $1.586 billion was set in 2016. Three winners shared that.
The odds of winning are one in 292 million. Powerball tickets are $2 each.
