PERHAM (KDLM) – A system wide internet outage left thousands of Arvig customers without internet, phone and TV, Tuesday.
The outage was reported just before 7 a.m., Tuesday; the Perham-based internet service provider indicated they had all hands on deck as they worked to resolve the outage that affected customers statewide.
Many Arvig customers were left scrambling, “Not able to do a lot in our office, some are going home, cause they have different internet provider,” said Jodi Gurchow on a KDLM News update about the outage.
Around 10 a.m., most Arvig customers’ internet service was restored, “We sincerely apologize for the frustrations caused from this interruption,” Arvig said in statement.
It’s unclear what caused the outage.
