LAKE PARK (KDLM) – Community members are encouraged to come together today for a Lake Park resident who suffered a traumatic brain injury after collapsing while grocery shopping.
Community members are encouraged to visit Reile’s Acres Community Center in Fargo from 4-7 p.m., today to support Nicole Turchin who fractured her skull after collapsing while shopping in February. After being admitted to hospital Doctors also discovered a blood clot on her brain.
Funds collected for Turchin will be used for medical expenses not covered by her insurance and travel expenses occurred as she continues to receive treatment. Additionally donations can be made at Lendahandup.org with a 20% boost given by Lend A Hand Up.
