PELICAN RAPIDS (KDLM) – Road construction has started on Highway 108 between I-94 and 9th Street in Pelican Rapids.
The resurfacing project will keep Highway 108 closed for around two weeks to complete culvert work; a detour will follow I-94, Highway 34 and Highway 59.
When Highway 108 reopens, motorists can expect daily alternating lane closures, flaggers and pilot cars until mid-August.
