DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – A 20-year-old man has died after falling off a pontoon on Big Detroit Lake.
The man was on a pontoon with others and fell overboard around 5:40 p.m., he was quickly recovered by an officer who was close by with a boat.
Detroit Lakes Police and Fire Department assisted on the scene as well as the Highway Patrol. The man’s name has not yet been released.
