Laker Baseball Opens Playoffs At Alexandria On Tuesday

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Laker Baseball team will head to Alexandria on Tuesday to open the Section 8AAA playoffs at Knute Nelson Memorial Park.

The Lakers drew the #5 seed in the tournament after finishing the season 12-6 (1-4 section) and will face the 15-5 (5-4 section) Cardinals.

The Cardinals swept a double-header from the Lakers in their regular-season finale last Thursday 11-2 and 13-3. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00.
