WAUBUN, Minn. (KFGO) – A 68-year-old man died just before noon Thursday in a single vehicle crash East of Waubun.
The man was driving an SUV when he left State Highway 113, hit the guardrail, entered the ditch, and landed in a small pond.
The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened about a mile east of Waubun. The name of the victim has not been released.
The Waubun Fire Department, Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office, and White Earth Police responded to the scene.
