DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – Detroit Lakes High School has been named the 56th best high school in the state of Minnesota.
The ranking comes for U.S. News and World Report which ranks schools across the country annually. Schools that rise to the top are those whose students demonstrated outstanding outcomes above expectations in math and reading state assessments, earned qualifying scores in an array of college-level exams, and graduated in high proportions.
The 2022 ranking is down from 2021, where Detroit Lakes High School was ranked as the 32nd best high school in the state.
