Seven People Found Dead in Moorhead Home

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO) – Moorhead Police report seven people have died in a south Moorhead home.

Police were called to the home in the 4400 block of 13th St. S. just before 8 p.m. Saturday and found four adults and three children. Capt. Deric Swenson said it did not appear that the deaths were the result of trauma or caused by violence.

Neighbors said children were among those living in the home and that they were last seen on Friday. All of the victims have been taken to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.

Moorhead Area School District has been provided information regarding the victims to help prepare for student assistance regarding the tragic loss.

The investigation is still active, and further information will be released at a later time.
