PARK RAPIDS (KDLM) – A Park Rapids resident had a Christmas tree stolen from their front yard, recently.
A live, 6-7 foot spruce tree was stolen from the front yard of Dawn Peterson on Sunday, Dec. 12.
“It was an overnight theft, there were footprints leading to the tree. They cut it down and picked it up and loaded it, and off they went,” said Park Rapids Police Chief, Jeff Appel in an interview with the Park Rapids Enterprise.
Anyone with information about the theft is encouraged to call the Park Rapids Police Department.
