GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A man was arrested after crashing his vehicle and fleeing from Grand Forks Police.
Police say the SUV, driven by Kyle Taggert of Wadena, lost control, ran up a snowbank, hit a guidewire, a fence, landed on the passenger side. Taggert and his passenger then ran from the scene but were tracked down nearby.
The crash happened just after 9 p.m. Sunday at 1500 17th Avenue South.
Taggert was arrested on charges of DUI, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and leaving the scene.
