Nonprofit Nominations Open for Lakes Area’s Gratitude on Repeat Winner

DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – Lakes Area residents are being encouraged to nominate their favorite nonprofit to be selected as the Lakes Area’s Gratitude on Repeat winner.

The winning nonprofit will receive a 13 week schedule of free radio advertising from Leighton Broadcasting.

Stephanie Theisen, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Leighton Broadcasting says Gratitude on Repeat helps nonprofit’s causes come to life, “I’m super excited our listeners will have an opportunity to nominate nonprofits for all the amazing work they do in our communities. We believe in the power of radio advertising and the power and compassion of the people that live in our communities, lets combine the two and get some amazing results for the people in our area.”

Past winners include Lend A hand Up, an organization that helps local families in need of financial help for their medical bills, and Lakes Area Kinship which matches kids aged 5-17 with community volunteer mentors to enable as many caring individuals into a child’s life as possible.
