All proceeds from the triathlon go to support Lakes Area Young Life, a ministry to youth in the local area. Young Life staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, focusing on what matters to them -‐ fun, adventure, friendship, and a sense of significance. In doing so, they earn the privilege of talking to them about the good news of Jesus and His love for them. Kids’ lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults come alongside them, and they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning, and purpose.
