DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – The 3rd Annual Detroit Lakes Craft Beer Tour Presented by Builders FirstSource returned to the Washington Ballpark, Saturday.

More than 100 craft beers were available to sample at the event from craft breweries across the region, including Beaver Island, Bemidji Brewing, Disgruntled Brewing, Inbound, Revelation Ale Works, Jack Pine and others.

Beer fans were able to vote for their favorite beers and breweries at the event. Drastic Measures, located in Wadena won the Brewer’s Cup award for their fruited hard seltzer with Banana Cream, Graham Cracker and Marshmallow Fluff, known as Banana Hammock.

Jack Pine Brewery, located in Baxter, MN took home a trophy as well for their Key Lime Pastry Sour, “we started this pastry sour series a couple of years ago now and just played around with different things – the beer literally tastes like a key lime pie in a glass.”

Meanwhile, beer fans at the event voted Disgruntled Brewing out of Perham the Best Brewery at the event on Saturday.
