MAPLE GROVE TOWNSHIP (KDLM) – A Waubun man has been arrested following a hit and run near Maple Grove Township.
Justin Wayne Richey, 45, has been identified as the driver and will be formally charged in connection with a crash that seriously injured two men.
On Aug. 13, Clifford Warren and Duane Warren were working on a stalled vehicle on the 36000 block of County Hwy. 34 in Maple Grove Township when they were both struck by a vehicle. The vehicle that struck the two men fled the scene.
Both Clifford and Duane Warren were airlifted to a Fargo hospital. Richey is currently being held on charges of fifth-degree possession of marijuana, two counts of criminal vehicular operation causing great bodily harm and driving with a canceled license.
