Bison that Escaped from Ranch near White Earth Dispatched

WHITE EARTH (KDLM) – A bison had to be killed after it escaped from its enclosure near White Earth, Tuesday.

The White Earth Police Department asked the public not to approach the animal. A number of residents took photos and videos as the bison roamed through Waubun.

Eventually, the animal was killed at the request of the owner due to the amount of time the bison had spent away from the ranch and was considered feral.
