DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – Lakes Area residents are being asked to lock their vehicles after a string of break ins.
Since Thursday, July 15, five reports of stolen items from unlocked vehicles have been reported in Detroit Lakes.
Law enforcement remind residents to not leave valuables in plain view, never leave windows open or doors unlocked and remove keys and personal information from your vehicle when unattended.
