BULLARDS TOWNSHIP (KDLM) – A Detroit Lakes resident has been identified in a fatal crash Monday in Wadena County.
Justin Mayberry, 42, died after his vehicle rolled near County Road 26 and 160th Street in Bullards Township. Mayberry was found 75 feet away from his vehicle. Attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Mayberry appeared to be wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. Investigators believe that he had exited the vehicle after the crash and then collapsed outside the vehicle.
