ST. PAUL, MINN. (KFGO) – Don’t be alarmed when you hear outdoor warning sirens ring today across Minnesota. Kevin Reed deputy director of Minnesota Homeland Security Emergency Management, says it’s a drill, not related to anything else that is going on.
There will be two statewide tornado practice drills today, the first at 1:45 this afternoon and the second this evening at 6:45.
This week is Severe Weather Awareness Week in Minnesota.
