PERHAM (KDLM) – The Perham gymnastics team placed 4th at State over the weekend scoring 143.675 points.
Jada Olsen of Perham became a two-time All Around State Champion, placing 1st in Vault, 1st in Uneven Bars (her second State title) and 4th place in Floor.
Olsen was also named All State Elite for the fifth time.
Perham took home a number of awards, as well including the Section Academic Championship with a GPA of 3.916
Perham’s coaching staff also received awards for Section Coach of the Year: Jenna Kupferschmid; and
Section Assistant Coach of the Year: Mike Peterson
