FRAZEE (KDLM) – A Frazee man has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Terry Harrison has been accused by a 13-year-old girl of sexual abuse since the age of 6 or 7.
The victim and her mother confronted Harrison on Feb. 23, which was recorded on a cell phone. Harrison stated this was the only bad thing he has done his entire life, and said he knows he did something terribly wrong.
If convicted, Harrison faces up to 60 years in prison.
