DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – A woman was taken to the hospital, Sunday after crashing her snowmobile into a fishing shelter near Long Bridge.
Around 4pm on Sunday, February 14 the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a snowmobile crash on Deadshot Bay near Long Bride. A 57 year-old woman lost control of her snowmobile as she was slowing down and hit a fishing shelter. The woman was thrown from the snowmobile and later transported to Essentia-St. Mary’s with non-life threatening injuries,
The crash remains under investigation.
