Becker County Residents Encouraged to Complete Community Health Assessment

DETROIT LAKES (KDLM) – Lakes Area health organizations are encouraging Becker County residents to fill out a Community Health Assessment survey.

The survey is confidential and will collect information about issues that affect health. Health needs found through the assessment are worked on with community partners to create an action plan to address community health issues.

“The health of our communities is important. We all have a part in helping make our communities healthy. Many things affect health: health care providers, transportation, safety, and housing are a few of them,” a joint press release from Sanford, Essentia and Becker County Public Health said.
