Perham Health Accepting Applications for 5 $1,000 Scholarships

PERHAM (KDLM) – Perham Health is now accepting applications for Perham Health’s Healthcare Career Educational Scholarship.

Five scholarships of $1000 each will be available to qualifying high school seniors from New York Mills, Frazee, Perham, Battle Lake, and Henning schools, as well as to students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and who are, or have been, residents of the Perham Hospital District. The scholarship program is intended to encourage people to enter or advance themselves in a healthcare career.

Individuals interested in applying for a scholarship may obtain an application at perhamhealth.org or by contacting Renee Sonnenberg at renee.sonnenberg@perhamhealth.org or (218) 347-1308. High school seniors may also receive an application from their school counselors.

Applications must be completed and returned no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March, 1, 2021.
